QuickReplyCY is a trading name of E.S.E Milimanou Digital Solutions Ltd, registered in Cyprus. These Terms apply to all services provided by QuickReplyCY. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide:

• Missed call text-back systems
• Automated review requests
• Repeat business and follow-up messaging
• Lead capture forms and CRM setup
• Website design, hosting, and maintenance (in selected packages)
• Ongoing support and optimization

The exact scope of your package is confirmed in writing before your service goes live.

Free pilot

• We may offer a free pilot period at our discretion
• No payment details are required for the pilot
• Either party may end the pilot at any time without cost or obligation
• Continuing after the agreed pilot period requires signing up for a paid package

Monthly services

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• There is no minimum contract period
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
• Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded
• Services may be paused if payment fails

Messaging on your behalf

Our systems send SMS, WhatsApp, or email messages to your customers in your name. By using these services you confirm that:

• You have a lawful basis to contact the recipients (for example, they are your customers or have given consent)
• You have approved the content of all message templates before they go live
• You will inform us promptly if any recipient asks not to be contacted

Opt-out requests received through our systems are honored automatically. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data you provide.

Fair use

Packages include message volumes appropriate for a typical small business. If your usage is significantly above normal levels, we will let you know and agree either an adjusted price or a usage-based fee before any extra charges apply.

Websites

Where a website is included in your package:

• The website is designed, hosted, and maintained by us for as long as your subscription is active
• Reasonable content updates are included; larger redesigns are quoted separately
• If you cancel, we can provide your content and an export of the site for an agreed handover fee, or the site is taken offline at the end of your final billing month

Standalone website projects outside a monthly package are quoted and agreed separately in writing.

Payments

• All pricing is agreed in advance
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Completed work and elapsed service months are non-refundable
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and processes
• Review and approve message templates and other deliverables promptly
• Ensure you have rights to all materials, data, and contact lists you supply
• Maintain access to any third-party accounts needed for your service (for example, your Google Business Profile or domain registrar)

Delays from your side affect setup and delivery timelines.

Third-party services

Our services are built on third-party platforms including:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector)
• Twilio and telecom carriers
• Google
• Meta Platforms
• Stripe

These providers may process data as part of delivering the service. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms, though we will work to resolve any disruption promptly.

Data protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Where we send messages to your customers on your behalf, you remain the data controller of your customer data and we act as a processor on your documented instructions. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership

• You own your data at all times: your contacts, conversations, reviews, and business content
• The workflows, automations, templates, and system configurations we build remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for the duration of your subscription
• Website content you supply remains yours; website design and code are covered by the Websites section above
• We may showcase non-confidential results and work for marketing purposes; you may opt out by telling us in writing

Results disclaimer

We provide systems designed to recover missed calls, generate reviews, and improve follow-up. We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of recovered calls or leads
• A specific number or rating of reviews
• Revenue, booking, or conversion results

Limitation of liability

QuickReplyCY is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Data issues caused by inaccurate information supplied to us
• Issues arising from third-party platforms outside our control
• Use of the systems contrary to these Terms or applicable law

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

• Either party may terminate at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month
• You must pay for services provided up to termination
• On termination we will, on request, provide an export of your contact data

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential. You agree not to share our systems, workflows, pricing, or materials with third parties without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the date of the latest version above. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
